The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival will continue to stream on YouTube for years to come.
The streaming platform, which is owned by Alphabet's Google, on Wednesday said it renewed its exclusive livestream and content partnership with Goldenvoice, the concert promotion and live-event production company behind Coachella, through 2030.
Terms of the partnership weren't disclosed. The companies said their renewed deal will ensure YouTube remains the exclusive global livestream destination for both weekends of the festival.
The partnership will hit a milestone in April 2027, marking 15 years of YouTube bringing the desert festival experience to fans worldwide, the companies said. It comes after millions of viewers tuned into the livestream earlier this year, setting a record for the most viewers watching at one time in the history of Coachella on YouTube.
