路透9月22日 - Circle CRCL.N 周二表示，币安已向这家稳定币发行方入股1亿美元，这进一步加深了这家加密货币交易所与USDC（一种主要的美元挂钩代币）发行方之间的联系。

Circle在监管文件中披露，9月17日，该公司以每股80.84美元的价格向币安发行并出售了约124万股股票。
据CoinMarketCap数据显示，Circle是USDC的发行方，这是一种与美元挂钩的稳定币，其市值接近750亿美元。
稳定币是一种旨在维持价值稳定的数字代币，通常与美元等货币挂钩。作为在加密货币市场间进行资金转移的更快捷方式，稳定币日益普及，并越来越多地被用于支付。
此次扩展的商业协议为期五年，但Circle或币安均可在特定情况下提前终止协议。
“根据协议，我们同意每月向币安支付一笔激励费用，”Circle表示。
该公司补充道，币安已同意在其平台上开展其他相关活动以推广USDC。
Circle股价今年迄今已上涨约19%，其市值约为240亿美元。
