新浪科技讯 9月21日下午消息，今天中午，BOSS直聘发布“假期求职安全提示”称，警惕旅游岗位暗藏不当陪伴服务要求。
BOSS直聘在提示中写到，国庆假期临近，部分求职者开始关注旅游、服务类兼职机会。近期，BOSS直聘安全团队在日常巡查和风险监测中发现，个别招聘者以“旅游顾问”“导游”等职位吸引求职者，但在后续沟通中改变实际工作内容，提出“多尺度陪玩”“一对一陪伴”等不当服务要求。
围绕上述风险，BOSS直聘安全团队梳理了三类典型案例：旅游顾问实为招陪玩，并以“有很多尺度”等模糊表述暗示存在其他服务要求；导游岗要求提供“一对一陪伴”，称“服务好”可获15000元报酬；招聘旅游领队要求高颜值等。
BOSS直聘提示求职者，在求职过程中要注意核实实际工作内容是否与职位描述一致；警惕异常高薪待遇；谨慎对待与岗位无关的异常要求。
此外，BOSS直聘将持续通过AI风控大模型预警、人工复核等方式，加强对相关违规招聘行为的识别和处置。求职者如遇异常情况，应保留聊天记录、截图等证据，及时向平台举报。
