故障发生后，Facebook的问题报告量升至1.7万份以上，Instagram也收到超过5000份报告，合计超过2.2万份。相关报告主要来自美国用户，显示两个平台在相近时段出现服务异常。
Facebook和Instagram共享Meta的部分账户、广告及后台基础设施，同时出现故障通常会使问题报告在短时间内集中增加。
此次中断持续时间较短。达到高点后，Facebook与Instagram的故障报告数量明显下降，表明大部分用户已重新获得服务。
截至服务基本恢复时，Meta尚未公布此次中断的具体原因，也未披露实际受影响的账户数量。
