ChainCatcher 消息，据 TechPowerUp 报道，中国 DRAM 厂商长鑫存储（CXMT）预计到 2026 年底 DRAM 晶圆月产能约达 35 万片，美光同期预估约 37.5 万片。长鑫存储洁净室建设周期约 12 个月，短于行业通常的 21 至 24 个月。
受美国制裁无法获得 EUV，长鑫存储使用较旧的 DUV 光刻及多重图案化技术。该公司已开始出货 16 Gb DDR5 芯片，速度 8000 MT/s，芯片面积 67 mm²、密度 0.239 Gb/mm²，G4 单元较 G3 小 20%。24 Gb 模组以约 6000 MT/s 量产，LPDDR5X-10667 模组（12 Gb 和 16 Gb）亦已量产。中国政府正鼓励长鑫存储向 JHICC、Swaysure 及长江存储子公司 XMC 等国内厂商转移 DRAM IP。
