Daito Trust Construction Secures Three Loans Totaling 105 Billion Yen

Daito Trust Construction (TYO:1878) has secured three lending facilities totaling 105 billion yen, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

The loan agreements include a 35 billion yen facility arranged by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking with participating banks including SBI Shinsei Bank, Resona Bank, Shizuoka Bank and Shikoku Bank.

The loan has a final repayment date of Sept. 30, 2031.

The construction company also obtained a two-tranche loan worth 50 billion yen from Mizuho Bank and participating banks, with final repayment dates of Sept. 30, 2036 and Mar. 31, 2034 for the respective tranches.

The third loan amounts to 20 billion yen, which was arranged by MUFG Bank and has a final repayment date of Sept. 30, 2031.

All of the facilities have interest rates equivalent to the TIBOR plus a spread.

Shares of the construction company fell more than 1% in recent Monday trading.
