为深入推进助老志愿服务工作，切实提升全县养老机构、社会服务组织的应急救护能力，9月21日，县红十字会邀请鞍山市红十字会专业师资队伍来我县开展应急救护持证培训。来自全县养老机构、社会服务组织的68名工作人员参加培训。

本次培训为期一天，采取“理论授课+实操考核”相结合的方式进行。上午，市红十字会师资围绕应急救护基本知识、心肺复苏（CPR）操作要领、自动体外除颤器（AED）使用方法、气道异物梗阻急救、创伤止血包扎等内容进行了系统讲解，并结合养老服务机构日常工作中可能遇到的突发状况，重点强调了“黄金四分钟”急救理念和规范操作流程。参训学员认真听讲、积极互动，现场学习氛围浓厚。

下午，培训进入实操演练与考核环节。在师资团队的指导下，学员们分组利用模拟人进行心肺复苏、AED操作及创伤包扎等技能练习，逐一纠正动作细节，确保人人动手、人人过关。

此次培训是县红十字会开展助老志愿服务的重要举措之一，旨在通过专业化、规范化的应急救护培训，进一步提升全县养老服务及社会服务一线工作人员的现场急救能力，为老年人等易受损群体提供更加安全、可靠的服务保障。下一步，县红十字会将持续聚焦助老志愿服务需求，整合市、县两级师资资源，常态化开展应急救护培训“五进”活动，不断扩大应急救护知识普及覆盖面，切实筑牢群众生命安全防线。
