Shenzhen Investment Signs Over 106 Million Yuan Supervision Contracts

Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development (HKG:0737) said its deemed subsidiary GSZ Company signed two construction supervision agreements for the Shenzhen section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway for a combined RMB106.3 million.

The agreements were signed with Guangdong Xiangfei Construction for RMB38.2 million and Guangdong Hualu for RMB68.1 million following public tender and bidding processes, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The supervision work will cover construction preparation, construction, completion acceptance and the defect responsibility period.

The contracts have a term of 91 months from the issuance of written commencement notices.
