快科技9月23日消息，当地时间9月18日，德国慕尼黑第一地区法院就长江存储诉美光专利侵权案中的两起案件作出判决，认定美光侵犯了长江存储的两项德国实用新型专利权，并颁发禁令，要求其在德国停止销售相关侵权产品。
这是双方自2023年11月专利战爆发以来，长江存储在全球范围内取得的首个实质性禁令救济。
针对这一判决，美光方面迅速回应称，不认同德国法院的裁决结果，并已提起上诉。美光强调，涉案权利属于“未经实质审查”的德国实用新型，而非经过严格审核的专利，目前美光正通过法律程序挑战相关权利的有效性。
美光同时重申，其在存储技术领域拥有超过6.2万项专利，将采取适当行动保护自身利益。
此次获胜的两项核心技术均指向3D NAND闪存的制造工艺，其中实用新型DE202020006166U1涉及阶梯结构，这是实现闪存高层数堆叠的关键。
另一项DE202021004551U1则涉及字线接触阻挡层，直接影响存储单元阵列的信号传输可靠性，长江存储选择这两项基础架构技术作为突破口，显示了其在核心工艺领域的深度积累。
目前禁令的实际执行效果仍取决于慕尼黑高等地区法院的后续裁定，如果法院在上诉程序中未暂停执行，长江存储将可启动执行程序。
