　　9月23日消息，沪上阿姨持续拉升，盘中一度涨超16%，触及81.25港元。

　　消息面上，公司2026年上半年实现收入25.89亿元，同比增长42.4%；毛利8.18亿元，同比增长43.2%；期内利润3.21亿元，同比增长58.3%；经调整期内利润3.45亿元，同比增长41.6%。在已披露半年报的六家上市茶饮品牌中，沪上阿姨的营收与净利润增速双双领跑，而行业整体营收增速已从此前普遍的20%至30%回落至约9%。

　　国盛证券研报指出，业绩高速增长的主要驱动力来自门店网络的快速拓展及闭店率的显著优化。截至2026年上半年末，公司门店总数达13155家，上半年净新增门店1697家，而去年同期净增仅260家；闭店率从去年同期的7.0%优化至4.9%。三线及以下城市门店占比达53.4%，海外市场已覆盖6个国家，门店数增至61家。

　　此外，沪上阿姨上半年将派息率提升至66%，拟派发中期股息约2.1亿元，分红率达65.5%，远高于去年同期的35%。公司上月接获6名股东分别出具自愿性承诺函，将禁售期进一步延长至2026年11月7日，期间合计减持股份不超过约368.4万股，占已发行总股本约3.50%。
