本报讯（记者 张凌）《贵阳贵安人工智能OPC（一人公司）全生命周期市场监管合规指引》近日出台，围绕人工智能OPC等轻资产创业主体在登记注册、日常经营、信用管理等方面的实际需求，推出18项便利服务措施、36条合规经营提示，从“准入—经营—退出”全生命周期提供更加精准、便捷的市场监管服务。
该指引重点明确四方面措施，包括推行OPC工位号登记、探索沙盒监管、突出合规指导、优化服务供给。坚持放管并重，严防虚假注册、空壳僵尸企业风险。对观察期内收到有效投诉举报、存在系统性风险隐患等情形的，及时终止沙盒监管并依法依规采取相应监管措施；观察期满合规经营、风险可控的，转入常态化分类监管。
