　　“2026云栖大会”于9月22日-24日在杭州举行。阿里巴巴集团董事会主席蔡崇信出席并致辞。

　　蔡崇信在演讲中表示，过去几年，AI不断拓展人们对技术能力的想象。

　　他表示，AI有着广阔的发展空间，关键在于能在真实场景落地，实现规模化应用。我们已经看到，AI推动了自动驾驶、具身智能、世界模型等能力发展，进而提升千行百业的生产力。这就是“自研自用”的意义，让AI从技术突破走向价值创造。

　　“正如大家所见，阿里巴巴正在坚定投入全栈AI建设，持续打造从芯片、云、模型，到模型服务和智能体应用的全栈体系。这五层体系彼此协同，构成从技术能力到产业应用的完整路径，让每一项技术进步都能更快转化为产业进步。”他说。

　　他表示，今天的世界充满不确定性，但技术创新仍然是推动增长、改善生活、创造未来的重要力量。“我们比以往任何时候都更需要开放合作，以及务实创新。阿里巴巴对此充满信心，也将持续投入云与AI能力建设，坚持开放、携手伙伴，为未来打下更坚实的基础。”他说。
