消息面上，据Woofun AI消息，比特币(BTC)在《清晰法案》受挫及美联储加息背景下，仍依托ETF资金流入稳固80,000美元支撑位。小摩最新研报中指出，比特币目前的上涨空间比黄金更大。小摩认为，在比特币ETF上的大量空头头寸，为未来潜在的挤压行情创造条件，而黄金则不存在这种风险。此外，与黄金ETF相比，比特币ETF最近流回的资金总规模要小得多。
值得关注的是，近日，美国证监会(SEC)宣布推出“创新豁免”(Innovation Exemption)，对符合条件的代币化证券交易平台给予临时、有条件的豁免，使其能够在链上交易部分美国上市股票的代币化版本。美国SEC称，这一措施旨在推动美国资本市场向链上交易发展。这也被市场视为加密货币行业获得的一个监管层面积极信号。业内人士评论认为，美国SEC此次行动为部分平台提供了代币化美国证券交易的监管路径，Coinbase(COIN.US)等相关公司股价因此进一步走强。
