集团主要从事(其中包括)提供仓储物流服务，并一直租赁该物业的一部分以营运有关业务分部。董事会认为重续该物业部分租赁有利于避免搬迁成本及对其仓储物流服务业务造成不必要的干扰。此外，根据该等租赁协议应付的租金乃由业主与承租人经参考当时市况、该物业毗邻地区同类物业的租金水平及过往交易金额厘定。
