凤凰网科技讯 北京时间9月21日，据彭博社报道，微软AI业务负责人穆斯塔法·苏莱曼(Mustafa Suleyman)表示，对中国在AI领域取得进展的担忧，不应被用作反对为这项快速发展的技术设置护栏的理由。
苏莱曼在CNN节目中表示：“我认为，我们不应该把中国当作不推进自身AI安全工作的挡箭牌。”
他的这一言论与美国总统特朗普的表态形成对比。特朗普越来越多地呼吁对AI进行基本上不受限制的发展，并称对AI失控可能带来灾难性后果的担忧是骗局。他在上周六的一则社交帖子中表示：“我们绝不会以任何方式阻碍或扼杀这个不可思议的行业的发展。”
苏莱曼领导的微软AI团队在上周二发布了一份宣言，为其自身的AI开发提供指导，目标是让人类始终掌控公司未来开发的AI系统。
苏莱曼对CNN表示，AI开发者应当为模型设定目标，而这些目标要“受人文主义准则的约束”。“我认为业内每个人都应该为模型设定这样的准则，也就是为它们设定明确的安全护栏。”他表示。
他指出，监管不应被视为“坏事”，而应被视为“建立共同规范和标准，以提升安全性”，“监管不一定会拖慢我们的步伐”。(作者/箫雨)
