Thai President Foods (SET:TFMAMA) will acquire newly issued 2 million shares in E-Commerce Digital AI Thai for 200 million baht, according to a Friday filing with the Thai bourse.
The investment is aimed at creating cooperation expected to enhance the company's business capabilities.
