智通财经APP讯，堃博医疗-B(02216)发布公告，有关进一步收购Valgen Holding Corporation 3.85%股权，经公司的全资附属公司Broncus China Holding Corporation (买方)，及Max Grand Limited(卖方)进一步讨论后，买方及卖方于2026年9月20日订立终止协议以终止股份转让协议，自订立终止协议签署之日起生效。
董事会认为，终止股份转让协议预计不会对集团的业务、营运及财务状况造成任何重大不利影响。
