智通财经APP获悉，公路股集体回暖，截至发稿，深圳高速公路股份(00548)涨3.19%，报6.625港元；深圳国际(00152)涨2.16%，报5.45港元；江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)涨1.95%，报10.45港元；四川成渝高速公路(00107)涨0.84%，报4.81港元。
消息面上，9月7日，交通运输部就《公路法（修正草案征求意见稿）》公开征求意见，明确收费公路养护费用在通行费中列支，收费期限届满的高速公路和独立桥梁、隧道可由政府统一管理并继续收取通行费，市政管养或财政保障的则不再收费。
国泰海通证券发布研报称，《公路法》修正将有望加速《条例》修订，有望系统性改善行业再投资风险，提升高速公路长期投资价值，维持“增持”评级。申万宏源则表示，养护性收费的推出，对于高速公路运营商永续经营的商业模式假设进一步增强，利好高速公路板块估值修复。
