Jindalee Lithium Files Updated Registration Statement for US Business Combination

Jindalee Lithium (ASX:JLL) filed a further amended registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the proposed business combination involving its unit HiTech Minerals, Constellation Acquisition Corp I and US Elemental, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company said the updated filing responds to a second round of SEC comments received in early September, with the filing expected to be cleared by the regulator in late September or October.
The deal and the Nasdaq listing of US Elemental remain on track to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to remaining conditions being met, it added.
The company's shares rose past 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
