国银金租（01606）发布公告，本公司作为买方与卖方广东数寰智联科技有限公司于2026年9月23日（交易时段后）订立产品采购协议，据此，卖方同意向买方出售且买方同意购买采购标的，总代价约为人民币64.84亿元。
采购标的为信息技术计算机设备。采购标的的总价值乃依据采购标的的市场价格，并经本公司内部评估流程后确定合计约为人民币64.84亿元。卖方不单独核算采购标的的税前及税后利润。
产品采购协议乃由本公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。订立产品采购协议有利于充分发挥各方优势，有益于增加本公司在计算机设备经营租赁市场的份额，符合本公司业务发展战略。
