日本科技股早盘走强，盘初软银集团上涨6.24%，报6,709日元（约42美元）；铠侠上涨3.76%，报56,620日元，半导体及科技板块表现活跃。
此前《纽约时报》援引知情人士报道称，SB Energy原计划于9月进行首次公开募股，但目前已经推迟。报道称，在公司及承销银行提出的估值区间内，市场上的潜在投资者数量不足，承销团队较难获得足够认购。
日本股市今日恢复交易之际，隔夜美股主要指数则全线下跌。截至收盘，道琼斯指数下跌0.68%，报51,511.59点；标普500指数下跌0.75%，报7,706.03点；纳斯达克综合指数跌1.13%，报26,936.04点。
