路透雅加达9月24日 - 印尼一家法院周四表示，在针对Gojek创始人、前教育部长纳迪姆·马卡里姆（Nadiem Makarim）因不当采购笔记本电脑而被判贪污罪的上诉听证会上，法官将其刑期从10年减至9年。

  • 今年6月， 法院认定纳迪姆在为 印尼学校采购 谷歌 GOOGL.O Chromebook笔记本电脑过程中 滥用职权，导致 国家损失1.25亿美元， 因此被判处10年监禁。他于7月1日向雅加达高等法院 提起上诉。

  • 法官卡图尔·伊里安托罗周四表示，他们未 批准纳迪姆关于撤销所有指控的 上诉请求， 因为之前的判决与庭审中查明的事实、提交的证据以及证人证言相符。
