分析：1b DRAM 单位面积价值超台积电 2 纳米

ChainCatcher 消息，半导体分析机构 Kernel Insight：人工智能需求推动 DRAM 价格维持历史高位，最新工艺 DRAM 的单位面积销售价值已高于台积电 N2、N3 晶圆价格。该机构将台积电 300 毫米 N3 晶圆价格估为 2 万美元、N2 为 3 万美元，折合名义价格分别约为每平方毫米 0.283 美元和 0.424 美元，未计入边缘损耗、切割损耗及良率与缺陷。

按每 Gb 1.50 美元及世代比特密度计算，1y DRAM 为每平方毫米 0.329 美元，1z 为 0.410 美元，1b 为 0.654 美元，较 N2 高出 50% 以上。10 纳米级工艺按 1y、1z、1a、1b 的顺序逐步微缩。上述每 Gb 价格假设接近现货，DRAMeXchange 数据显示，9 月 21 日 16Gb DDR5 eTT 芯片平均成交价为 24.80 美元，约合每 Gb 1.55 美元。

比较口径存在差异。台积电数字是客户支付的晶圆代工价格，DRAM 数字是成品销售的总销售潜力，且未计入先进封装成本；台积电实际供货价会随订单量与合约变化。DRAM 指标基于小额现货价格，不同于三星电子、SK 海力士、美光营收主体的长期合约价格。非公开固定交易价格近期走强，若尚未完全反映到现货价格，存储厂商晶圆单位价格的领先幅度可能更大。
