该公司表示，被收购资产地理位置优越，紧邻智利主要渔业、农业产区，可与自身现有瓦楞纸业务形成互补，帮助其跻身智利箱板纸及瓦楞纸市场第一梯队。同时企业还可将再生纸资源整合进阿根廷、秘鲁、厄瓜多尔的业务网络，并把来自巴西、北美的牛卡纸供给至本次收购的智利瓦楞纸资产。
