金吾财讯 | Roivant Sciences（ROIV）美股盘前股价承压，最新跌2.93%，报37.1美元。消息面上，Roivant旗下子公司Immunovant（IMVT）的在研药物IMVT-1402针对皮肤自身免疫疾病-皮肤红斑狼疮的概念验证临床试验宣告失败。公司公布的12周试验数据显示，这项纳入57名受试者的研究，未能达成基于皮肤红斑狼疮疾病面积与严重程度活动指数（CLASI-A）评分设定的主要终点。Roivant表示，虽然主要终点未达到统计学显著差异，但多项次要指标在数值上优于安慰剂；该候选药物安全性与耐受性表现良好，和此前研究结果保持一致。受本次试验结果以及皮肤红斑狼疮领域行业竞争影响，Immunovant将不再继续推进IMVT-1402项目。
