Worthington Enterprises reported higher sales and a larger profit in the fiscal first quarter. The stock surged 16%, to $68.50, in after-hours trading Tuesday.
IonQ said it reached a quantum computing breakthrough by developing and testing a real-time quantum error correction decoder. Shares jumped 11%, to $45.06, after the bell.
The Wall Street Journal reported that hedge fund Jana Partners is urging Six Flags Entertainment's board of directors to explore a sale. Shares were up 3.7%, at $12.75.
InnovAge said stockholders were offering 10 million shares in a secondary offering. The stock slid 11%, to $9.47.
Voyager Technologies said it plans to sell $350 million in convertible senior notes. Shares fell 6.8%, to $35.00.
