9月21日金融一线消息，中信银行公告，该行于2016年10月21日非公开发行境内优先股3.5亿股，发行规模为350亿元人民币，证券简称“中信优1”，证券代码360025。

　　2026年8月26日，该行董事会审议通过了《关于行使优先股赎回权的议案》，同意该行在取得国家金融监督管理总局批准或认可的前提下，在本次优先股2026年度股息派发日（即2026年10月26日），以优先股的票面金额加2025年10月26日至2026年10月25日期间的应付股息作为赎回价格，赎回全部3.5亿股优先股。该议案有效表决票数为10票，表决结果：同意10票，反对0票，弃权0票。

　　近日，该行收到金融监管总局对本次优先股赎回事项无异议的答复。该行拟于2026年10月26日赎回本次优先股。
