智通财经APP讯，彤程新材(603650.SH)发布公告，公司本次全球发售H股基础发行股数为6811.87万股，其中，初步安排香港公开发售681.19万股(可予重新分配)，约占全球发售总数的10%;国际发售6130.68万股(可予重新分配)，约占全球发售总数的90%。
公司本次H股发行的价格区间初步确定为39港元/股至44港元/股。公司H股香港公开发售于2026年9月21日开始，预计于2026年9月24日结束，并预计于2026年9月28日前(含当日)公布发行价格。公司本次发行的H股预计于2026年9月29日在香港联交所挂牌并开始上市交易。
