　　德国外卖平台Delivery Hero（外卖超人）宣布，撤销联合创始人尼克拉斯・奥斯特伯格卸任首席执行官的计划，变动源于优步抛出的 148 亿美元收购要约。

　　这家德国外卖企业今年 5 月对外公布领导层交接方案，原计划奥斯特伯格将于明年 3 月卸任 CEO。

　　但公司表示，由于外部局势发生重大变化，奥斯特伯格将继续留任首席执行官一职。本月早些时候，Delivery Hero 表态支持优步 148 亿美元收购邀约，并建议股东接受该收购方案。

　　奥斯特伯格的雇佣合同有效期至 2029 年 4 月 30 日。
