【哈尔滨电气(01133.HK)：电机公司与哈电集团公司订立海洋智装公司股权转让协议】智通财经APP讯，哈尔滨电气(01133.HK)发布公告，于2026年9月24日，电机公司与哈电集团公司订立海洋智装公司股权转让协议，哈电集团公司同意采取非公开协议方式转让且电机公司同意受让哈电集团公司持有的海洋智装公司100%股权，转让价格为人民币1486.14万元(相当于约港币1726.99万元)。本次转让后，海洋智装公司将成为电机公司的全资附属公司。
