Carlyle Group (CG) and Park Square have held preliminary talks with private equity firm Lone Star Funds to swap their debt in Italian coffee machine maker Evoca for equity, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
No deal has been reached, and Lone Star is also considering other options for Evoca, the people told the news outlet.
Carlyle didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
