消息面上，健康160上市届满一年，其控股股东及首次公开发售前投资者的禁售承诺已于9月16日届满。此前有分析曾指，这部分股东的持股成本远低于发行价，一旦解禁期到来，这些低成本股份存在强烈的变现动机，而健康160长期以来日均成交量有限，即便只有小部分解禁股份进入二级市场，也可能对股价构成严重冲击。
此外，香港联交所最新资料显示，9月18日，健康160出现仓位异动，存仓市值总计2.01亿港元，占比7.68%。该公司股东将1304.89万股股票存入中国国际金融香港证券，持股比例增加3.76%。
