快科技9月23日消息，据报道，近期，不少iPhone 18 Pro Max用户在网络上反馈相机出现异常成像问题：设备拍摄的实况照片显示画面一切正常，但保存下来的普通定格照片，画面中会莫名出现绿色斑块。
不少受影响的用户表示，自己平时手机拍照的使用频率很高，这种随机出现的绿斑会破坏成片效果，直接影响使用体验，希望官方可以排查故障原因，给出对应的解决方案。
苹果客服方面表示，现阶段官方还没有收到大规模集中上报的同类故障反馈，相机成像出现异常会受到设备实际使用环境等多重因素影响，需要结合具体设备情况单独判断分析。
同时客服也提醒消费者，如果担心买到存在隐患的产品，购机尽量选择苹果官方正规渠道。
