消息面上，9月18日，工业和信息化部等十部门联合印发了《医药工业发展“十五五”规划》。这份纲领性文件将AI制药列入医药工业五年计划的重点任务，明确提出“深化人工智能赋能升级”，并专门列出“AI制药高价值应用场景培育”专栏。当前，AI制药正处于行业外新增资本与产业内研发预算双轮驱动的上行通道。行业内，礼来等MNC持续扩大AI在药物发现、临床前及研发流程中的应用；Anthropic则设立生物实验室，推进AI药物研发项目。
此前，全球首款获得临床实证的mRNA治疗性癌症疫苗证实了mRNA技术用于癌症治疗的可行性与商业化价值，在此背景下，剂泰科技NanoForge平台具有mRNA肿瘤疫苗研发能力+LNP递送卖铲人能力获二级市场认可。值得一提的是，公司平台合作与产品授权双轮驱动，OpenCGT进一步向细胞与基因治疗合作伙伴开放AiLNP能力，相关合作潜在交易总额超过人民币60亿元。
