featuring agentic AI capabilities for candidate sourcing, recruiting,
and hiring coaching.
According to Paychex, WISE Hire is designed to help businesses find
and hire qualified talent four times faster on average. The solution
aims to help customers make the hiring process faster and more
effective.
WISE Hire is available as a standalone offering or integrated within
Paychex’s human capital management platforms. Paychex is a provider of
expert-enabled HR, payroll, and benefits services.
