消息面上，近日，据小马智行官微消息，公司与自动驾驶出行服务公司Verne联合宣布，已在克罗地亚首都萨格勒布公开道路上正式启动全无人驾驶Robotaxi载客测试。这是欧洲范围内首次实现该领域的突破，也标志着小马智行在海外市场的全无人商业化布局已取得了实质性进展。这一里程碑的落地，进一步推动了小马智行“双引擎”战略加速——即在中国市场与国际市场同步扩大Robotaxi业务规模。
凭借近期达成的多项合作，小马智行的海外部署规划已拓展至超过4000辆Robotaxi，其中包括与Uber合作在欧洲部署超过2000辆车辆的明确计划。根据公司规划，小马智行将在2026年底前将全球车队规模扩展至超过3500辆Robotaxi，业务覆盖全球20余座城市，持续推动自动驾驶技术在全球范围内的规模化商业落地。
