SpaceX (SPCX) is set to launch its Starship rocket on Monday it its first attempt to reach orbit, with the mission also carrying Starlink satellites.
The 75-minute launch window is scheduled to open at 8:15 am ET from SpaceX's Starbase facility in Texas, according to the company website.
The Federal Aviation Administration has authorized launch and reentry operations for the Starship Super Heavy Flight 14 mission.
Flight 14 is designed to send the spacecraft around Earth to complete six orbits before attempting a controlled reentry and splashdown in the Pacific Ocean, SpaceX said.
The mission will also deploy 26 Starlink V3 satellites, which are designed with higher power generation and greater communications capacity than earlier generations.
