Leapmotor Tech Unit to Sell Leapmotor-Branded Vehicles to Shareholder

Zhejiang Leapmotor Technology (HKG:9863) unit Zhejiang Leapmotor Automobile Sales Service agreed to sell Leapmotor-branded vehicles to Fu Yiqin and the companies he controls.
The agreement scope also includes after-sales spare parts and other services and products related to vehicle sales, a Monday bourse filing showed.
Fu is a member of the single largest group of the new energy vehicle manufacturer's shareholders.
Since 2026, Fu and the enterprises he controls have acted as vehicle dealers of the company and purchased relevant products and services from Zhejiang Leapmotor Automobile Sales Service.
