路透9月28日 - 默克公司（MRK.N）周一表示，根据与中国SciBrunch Therapeutics公司达成的全球许可协议，该公司将支付最高21.3亿美元，以获得一种实验性癌症疗法的研发、生产和销售权。
该交易凸显了默克在扩大其抗癌药物研发管线方面的努力，因为该公司正为其最畅销的免疫疗法药物“Keytruda”在本十年后期即将到期的专利做准备。
该交易现已完成，默克由此获得了SPR2015的开发权，这是一种针对KRAS G12D的口服候选药物，KRAS G12D是胰腺癌、结直肠癌和肺癌中最常见的致癌突变之一。
两家公司表示，SciBrunch将获得4亿美元的预付款，并有资格获得最高17.3亿美元的潜在里程碑付款。
默克表示，该交易将在其2026年第三季度财报中产生4亿美元的税前费用，相当于每股约13美分。
SPR2015目前处于临床前开发阶段，尚未进入人体试验。
两家公司称，今年早些时候公布的前临床数据表明，该药物在KRAS G12D突变型癌症的实验室和动物模型中抑制了肿瘤生长。
