智通财经APP讯，坤集团(00924)发布公告，于2026年9月25日，本公司接获联交所函件，当中表示上市委员会决定根据上市规则取消本公司股份的上市地位(该决定)。
在作出其决定时，上市委员会认为，美国当局所施加的制裁及由此产生的制裁风险已对本公司业务造成严重影响。上市委员会进一步认为，本公司未能证明其根据第2.03条仍适合上市，并作出结论，认为根据第6.01(4)条取消其上市地位乃属恰当而合理。
根据上市规则第2B章，本公司有权在该决定发出后七个营业日内将该决定转交联交所上市复核委员会作出复核。倘本公司决定不要求上市复核委员会作出复核，则股份的最后上市日期将为2026年10月12日，及股份将于2026年10月13日上午九时正起取消上市。董事会正向其顾问寻求意见，并正考虑是否提出请求，将该决定转交联交所上市复核委员会作出进一步复核。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
