智通财经APP获悉，中国建筑国际(03311)涨近3%，截至发稿，涨1.77%，报8.625港元，成交额5709.07万港元。
消息面上，花旗发布研报指出，中国物业预售制度改革，以及中国香港提高公营房屋模组化集成建筑(MiC)渗透率并订下未来五年7万个公屋单位目标两项有利政策，均对该公司有利。中国建筑国际计划提高资本开支，扩充北京、上海、广州MiC产能，以迎合可能高于预期的中国内地及中国香港需求。
花旗表示，根据8月底通知，中国拟将房地产市场由预售模式转向现房销售，将促使发展商更多采用MiC，把工期由传统两至三年缩短至约九个月，有利该公司凭借其在中国内地及中国香港MiC的领先地位。中国香港首个“五年规划”规划显示，2030至2031年北都可即时动工土地增至900公顷，支撑逾7万个公屋单位；该公司已累计取得逾1,000亿港元北都订单。五年规划亦要求2026/27至2030/31年度至少一半公屋采用MiC兴建。
