泽连斯基与华尔街高管就乌克兰重建问题举行会谈路透9月24日 - 乌克兰领导人沃洛迪米尔·泽连斯基会见了华尔街的高管，基辅正寻求吸引投资以资助该国的重建工作。
乌克兰政府表示，此次会晤于周三在纽约举行的第81届联合国大会期间举行，主要围绕帮助乌克兰度过寒冬及支持其经济等议题展开。
随着俄罗斯对乌克兰基础设施和关键出口产业的袭击不断升级，该国的预算危机日益加深，乌克兰正面临一个严酷的冬天 (link)。今年，战争的每日成本已增至约1.9亿美元。
此次会议由美国银行巨头花旗集团和美国商会促成，有二十多家美国公司出席。
乌克兰政府表示，与会者还讨论了在国际咨询小组成员的支持下设立主权财富基金以及加强乌克兰经济的问题。
花旗集团首席执行官弗雷泽（Jane Fraser）在一份声明中表示：“私营部门将在该国的重建中发挥至关重要的作用。”
已在乌克兰运营超过25年的花旗集团表示，正寻求协助动员投资并支持乌克兰企业。
其他与会者包括贝莱德（BlackRock） BLK.N、富兰克林邓普顿（Franklin Templeton） BEN.N、拉扎德（Lazard） LAZ.N、麦格理（Macquarie） MQG.AX、道富（State Street） STT.N、简街（Jane Street）、费尔法克斯（Fairfax） FFH.TO 以及麦肯锡（McKinsey & Company）的高管。
美国商会、美国国际开发金融公司、世界银行、欧洲投资银行和欧洲复兴开发银行的代表也参加了会议。
