凤凰网科技讯 9月28日，据《大厂日爆》，携程发布全新通知，自上周起，员工每休1天无理由事假，其所在团队将获得600元奖励，可用于团建等场景。此举被认为旨在消除员工“请假会给团队拖后腿、给领导添堵”的心理负担，鼓励员工更主动地休假。该政策有望增加无理由事假的发起人数，提升员工休假意愿。
据了解，今年4月7日，携程集团宣布，将于2026年5月1日起，在部分业务部门启动为期一年的“无理由事假”管理实验。在实验期内，“实验组”员工可在现有各类带薪假期之外，额外获得每年累计最多45 天的“无理由事假”额度。组内员工可根据个人需要随时申请使用该额度，且无需说明具体事由。
特别注意的是，“无理由事假”期间薪酬、考勤等规则与公司现行事假制度一致，差异在于“无理由”，更强调员工的高度自主性。
携程集团表示，此次实验是携程在灵活办公创新上的一次递进式探索，也呼应了集团董事局主席梁建章长期关注的人口、创新、经济等议题。
