Global One Real Estate Investment to Raise 7.1 Billion Yen via Loans

Global One Real Estate Investment (TYO:8958) will raise 7.1 billion yen through loans, including a 1 billion yen green loan to fund acquisition costs for Fukuoka K Square and 6.1 billion yen to refinance long-term loans maturing Sept. 30, 2026, according to a Friday filing with the Japan bourse.
The 1 billion yen green loan from Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation will carry a floating interest rate of three-month JPY TIBOR plus 0.36% and mature on Sept. 30, 2032.
Global One Real Estate Investment's total interest-bearing debt will increase to 123.7 billion yen from 122.7 billion yen following the financing, it said.
