Comforia Residential REIT (TYO:3282) will execute a new 13.5 billion yen commitment line agreement with Mizuho Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, and MUFG Bank to back potential property acquisitions and other purposes, according to a Friday Tokyo bourse filing.
The new agreement, dated Sept. 25, replaces the existing 13.5 billion yen commitment line with the same three lenders, which will terminate Sept. 28.
The new facility runs from Sept. 29, 2026, to Sept. 28, 2027, and is unsecured and unguaranteed, the filing said.
