Kalpataru Projects International's Swedish EPC Unit Begins Trading on Nasdaq Stockholm

Kalpataru Projects International's (NSE:KPIL, BOM:522287) first level step down material subsidiary Linjemontage I Grästorp began trading on Nasdaq Stockholm on Friday, a same-day bourse filing showed.
The pure-play EPC service provider's 658.3 million Swedish krona offering comprised a little over 14.3 million existing shares, with an over-allotment option to acquire up to 2.1 million additional shares from Kalpataru Power Transmission Sweden.
If the option is exercised in full, the offering will comprise up to 16.5 million, or 32.1%, shares in Linjemontage and be worth around 757.1 million Swedish krona.
