Hengxin to Avail EPC Services for Shandong Project in 697 Million Yuan Contract

Hengxin Technology (HKG:1085) has signed an agreement with a contractor through its unit, Zibo Long'en, for availing engineering, procurement and construction services for the Shandong project for 696.8 million yuan, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
The Shandong Project will comprise a 220kV step-up substation as supporting infrastructure, which will be connected via a newly built 220kV line to the 220kV step-up substation of the Yiyuan Lu Village Supa 200MW/400MWh independent energy storage project, the filing said.
The company said it plans to convene a special meeting of shareholders to vote and approve on the contract for the project.
