Everpure's Guidance Lift Seen as Conservative

1418 ET - Everpure's boost to its fiscal 2028 guidance above Wall Street's consensus may actually be conservative, Bank of America analysts say in a note, raising their price target on the stock to $180 from $150. Everpure guided for FY28 revenue about 10% higher than consensus and operating income around 40% higher, assuming no new hyperscale customers beyond the two already doing business with the company. Everpure has an "idiosyncratic opportunity" to expand its market toward hyperscale and neocloud customers, the analysts say. "We see relative upside across both the core business (25% growth) and implied New Business ($1.6bn), based on our assumptions for overall new business monetization rates," they say. Everpure surges 13% at $124.97, on track for an all-time closing high.
