RegenLab filed for an initial public offering.

The regenerative medicine company plans to trade shares on Nasdaq under the ticker RGNA.

RegenLab was founded in Switzerland and is now U.S.-based. It operates three manufacturing sites and dedicated research and development and clinical teams in New Jersey, Paris and Monthey, Switzerland.

It maintains full control of the development and industrialization cycle.

The company has numerous products across different stages of regulatory approval in both the E.U. and U.S. That includes products in musculoskeletal regeneration, advanced wound care, medical aesthetics and dermatology, and women's health and urogynecology.

RegenLab didn't disclose the pricing or amount of shares it plans to offer.
