Everpure's (P) artificial intelligence data management growth opportunities support a strong fiscal 2028 outlook, though the targets may already be reflected in the stock, UBS said in a note emailed Thursday.

UBS said Everpure expects fiscal 2028 revenue of $7 billion to $7.3 billion and non-GAAP operating margin of 24% to 26%, supported by core AI, data software, scale-AI and hyperscale opportunities.

The company's preliminary outlook implies a 38% to 41% revenue compound annual growth rate over two years, above the Visible Alpha consensus of about 30%, UBS said.

The shares trade at about six times the consensus revenue in the next 12 months, a significant premium to storage and AI infrastructure peers, the brokerage said.

UBS maintained a sell rating with an $80 price target.
